Notes
Deposits:
A deposit of 50% for the weekend is due within five days of making your
reservation.
Payment:
Cash, personal check or traveller's checks are preferred. Mastercard
and Visa are also welcome.
*Cancellations:
Deposits are refundable, less a $15 handling fee, for cancellations received
at
least 30 days prior to arrival. For notices of cancellation received
within 30 days of the arrival date, deposits will be refunded, less the
$15 processing fee -- only if the character and room can be rebooked
for the entire weekend. We reserve the right to cancel a weekend if
there are less than six rooms reserved, in which case your deposit will
be fully refunded or we can transfer your reservation to another upcoming
weekend.
Additional
Persons: The package rate is based on double occupancy. Some rooms
can accomodate an additional third or fourth person. In th event of additional
people sharing a room, $155.00 per person will be applied to the package
rate.
Murder
Mystery Groups: Gather your friends, co-workers or relatives
and we'll make it a weekend to remember. Groups and discounts vary depending
on the time of year and are based on 8 or more guestrooms reserved.
Gift
Certificates: The gift of mystery - "Austin Hill Inn Murder Mystery
Gift Certificates" - are personalized and available upon request.
Children:
We
gladly welcome children. Please call to discuss how they may be able to
participate.
